About Me

I am a quantitative (geo)scientist who wants to have a better understanding of what is going on deep beneath our feet!

My research interests lie in the area of system optimization, geostatistics, inverse problems, and uncertainty quantification all in close association with computer simulations and novel computational methods in the context of heterogeneous geosystems.

My current focus is to develope a more robust framework for the optimal control of borehole heat exchangers under uncertainty during long-term operation.
