About me

My research investigates how changes in groundwater temperature affect the ecological status of groundwater. The focus is on how thermal stresses due to e.g. increasing urbanisation and climate change affect underground biodiversity. In this context, I also consider the influence and characterisation of geological conditions on groundwater ecology.
