About Me

My research focuses on heat transport mechanisms in groundwater. I am particularly interested in identifying the conditions under which the assumption of local thermal equilibrium is valid for describing heat transport on the field scale. To investigate the relationship between thermal equilibrium, the heterogeneity of sedimentary aquifers and thermal dispersion, I mainly use numerical and analytical methods.
